What is the best price guarantee?

https://www.hotelbenikaktus.es, just like any other Kaktus Hotels domain in any language, shows you the best net price for all online room bookings, letting you pay – should you find a cheaper net price somewhere else on the Internet meeting the requirements of the booking (specified in Terms and Conditions) – the best net price you found elsewhere online plus a 2€ discount on said price. Should the price breakdown not be visible, or should it include taxes, the price difference won’t be considered due to rounding errors or mistakes. To be eligible for our best price guarantee, the price difference must be more than 2€. Differences below said amount will not be considered.

* Best online price guarantee claims can only be performed by the person who carried out the booking (it can also be done by the specified guest). No one else can send claims in the name of the guest specified in the booking.

Best Price Guarantee conditions

The client must first book a stay on https://www.hotelbenikaktus.es or any other Kaktus Hotels website and wait for confirmation. The rate found on another website must coincide with the booked net price conditions listed on https://www.hotelbenikaktus.es:

• same hotel
• same room type and same bed type
• same duration and dates of stay
• same sales conditions, cancellation conditions, prepayment conditions, booking modification conditions, etc.
• same number of guests
• same currency
• The rate must be accessible to the general public on the Internet and verifiable by Kaktus Hotels
• The new-found rate must not include city or state taxes, nor any type of taxes associated to the rate of the room
• Rates for which the best price guarantee doesn’t apply
• Non publicly guaranteed rates (such as negotiated rates; rates for groups; rates for companies, etc.)
• Rates corresponding to opaque online websites (websites that don’t specify the name of the hotel, the exact address or room availability until the user has paid for the room/s)
• Rates corresponding to promotional packages
• Rates that come alongside errors on the website when the user was checking the rate or booking
• Rate variations associated with fluctuations and/or differences derived from the currency exchange rate
• The exchange rate must be the same as the one used on Kaktus Hotels when the booking was made
• Offline rates
• Rates corresponding to websites that offer the possibility of paying with cheques

Other aspects to take into account

Kaktus Hotels does not assume any responsibility, in no case whatsoever, for fines or additional costs or expenses that may derive from cancelling bookings or errors when publishing prices belonging to third parties.

Should the best price guarantee claim include several nights, the best price guarantee will apply to the final price of the entire stay and not to the partial price of only some of the nights.

Kaktus Hotels reserves the right to modify or change the Terms and Conditions governing the offer.
